Siebel Web and Email Marketing

Hi All ,

We are implementing a siebel Marketing module (both Email and Web) and would like some insights on the same .

We have been able to understand and follow the steps for Email Marketing but would need some insights on Web based marketing .

It would be great if any of you can provide us some flowchart/steps for web marketing too.

Below are the detailed steps followed for Email Marketing

Email Marketing :

Setup Outbound Communication Manager to send emails

Install CTD, BHD, ESD

Create List , Treatment , Offers and launch the campaign via the ESD(to be installed separatly)

The response of the email is captured via the CTD
