Date display fluid pages for Non-US customers

Looking into Financial Aid functionality and the use of Fluid UI to present data to users, unfortunately the dates used in the UK do not match the US date format so when you go to the disbursement link in the Financial Aid Fluid Activity it throws error:

Invalid date in function DateValue.
