Error while opening Clustering WB (AP 16)

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hello,

When opening the Clustering wb on AP 16, I get the following error message: NAValue of the array for input measure is not 0! It must be 0 to run clustering algorithms.

We have loaded our own generated CLRH hier, and we have loaded the measures referred on the implementation guide. All the previous workbooks on AP Maintenance were configured and commited.

Any clues on why this error is happening?
