User Override Merge Error

We are in the middle of running the Workbench for Upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2 using the 9.2.2.2 tools. The issue we are facing is that when the User Override merge TC (R9898950_XJDE0001) launches it crashes the JDE with the below message in the PDF ..

EventRule : Business Function CopyF98950fromSourceToTargetEnv at line 22 for Event 13 in Section Columnar Section has caused a memory violation.

There are no obvious errors in jde.log or debug logs which are attached. We noticed some records in F98950 & o records in F98950D in COPD920. Somehow it is not able to carry on with the conversion of existing F98950 to new 9.2 format. I even tried running the R9898950_XJDE0001 UBE locally with debug on ... again same PDF with memory violation.
