Upgrade CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 - applying all maintenance from CS image 8 - error

Hi,

We are upgrading application only from CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 - on tools 8.55.16.

We are getting current by applying CS image 8 (all fixes) to our current DEMO (as of update image 3 - supported upgrade path). 

Towards end of Change Assistant template there is a step UPDATING SEARCH INDEXES.  There are two steps under this section and both fail.

1st step - Re-indexing of EOFD_FLUID_DISCUSSIONS - runs an app engine PTADSAEPRCS.  

AE Errors with - STEP FAILED: UNABLE TO UPDATE ADS DATA:NULL.

Anyone seen this issue and what was the resolution?
