WEBCENTER Userid listing of objects viable or not for WCC 12c

I am in the process of cleaning up WebCenter Content.   This application has been moved from legacy to 11g and now upgraded once again.  I have found this object in the database and want to know if they  can be deleted or is necessary for the 12c installation.   The dba brought over everything from the 11g database.  Much of which was used to upgrade from legacy to Oracle WCC.   All objects are owned by the user WEBCENTER.
