How do we add/display Responsibility on the Customers OAF page in R12

On the Customers page in R12 there is only application -Receivables -  is displayed  on the top region and user is not aware of  - which responsibility he/she is currently in ...  while in 11i we had the responsibility displayed on the top: Navigator - <Current Responsibility Name> and user was aware which responsibility he(she) is in while on the Customers form.  How to accomplish a similar functionality  in R12? Any examples? Documents?
