Hi all, Is there a Oracle standard API to populate a segments on the table FA_ASSET_KEYWORDS?

The user requirement is populate a flexfield who store the value in a segment of FA ASSET KEYWORDS table. For client standard, we can not make an oracle standard table update directly.

Is there a Oracle standard API to populate a segments on the table FA_ASSET_KEYWORDS? 

Is there another table where the client can target the flexfield and we can use an API to populate it?

the product version is 12.2.5
