CRM on Demand Customer Signature Screen

in CRM On Demand - Supplemental Applications (MOSC) Question

Good day,

We have a customer who is CRM on Demand. They want to use the CRM on Demand Mobile Application and have the functionality to have Job Cards on Service Requests.

The need is for a Technician to visit a customer, and log the visit as a Job Card on a Service Request. The customer then need be able to physically sign on the screen of the mobile device as proof that the visit took place and all is in order.

Any ideas on this?
