Unable to close receivables period- SLA exception; unable to determine cause
Hi,
We are unable to close a receivables period. On running the SLA exception report we are getting the following message:
On running 'Create Accounting', we do not find any exceptions.
I have run the receipt diagnostics also, and did not find any issue there too.
Can you kindly let us know how to trouble shoot the issue.
