Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Asset Number got changed and need to Reinstate

Hi,

While doing some corrections in Asset Workbench>>Open>> the Asset Number got changed inadvertently and got saved.

The field is not grayed out and does not allow me to reinstate the original number.

Please help how to reinstate the original asset number now.
