Transportation Rate Basis S - Has anyone seen Rate Basis S actually work?

Hello MOSC,

In the Transportation Module for Rate Basis S, has anyone seen Rate Basis S actually work?

The documentation states that Rate Basis S uses the current sum of freight charges from a rate schedule to create another freight charge.

However, I have not been able to get any freight charges despite multiple configurations.

FIRST SETUP:

I added a schedule with the first rate definition as a common "weight and postal code" rate that was payable only.

Then I added the second rate definition to the schedule as a Rate Type 1 for Unit Amount, and a Rate Basis S for current sum of freight charges.
