Integrate golden gate with clusterware

We need help in integration of golden gate with clusterware. The CRS is of version 12.1.0.2 and golden gate is of 12.2.0.1, both are already in place but golden gate is not integrated with cluster. Please help on the steps which needs to follow to integrate the golden gate with cluster.
