Unable to get the login page for EBS 12.2.6 image on cloud

I have provisioned EBS 12.2.6 fresh install on Oracle Cloud and have completed all the steps. I am able to login to the Oracle cloud server using ssh connection via putty but my login page is not coming up. The Error message in the browser says unable to find the host and also here are no errors reported in access logs as well as error logs.

Any ideas where to look for now
