RTLOG'S ARE NOT GENERATING

Hi all,

I was trying to generate the rtlogs by using Resa broadcaster in Xadmin UI but its not generating any rtlogs under specified directory.I have checked in logs as well which is not specific .

Here i have attached the xadmin logs.

It would be grateful if  anyone could guide me on this.
