How to Create A Context Sensitive DFF when making supplier "Inactive Date"

Release 12.1.3

Business Requirement:

When supplier administrator end date a supplier they will clicl on “Inactive Date”, Oracle to automatically prompt another field (DFF) – “Reason”.

The “Reason” field will be a List of Values to choose from…
