Foreign amount is not writing for '02' costing method

Hi,

For order if cost got changed while  (overwritten) while creating PO are not writing foreign amounts variance to GL file.  Its only creating domestic (AA) variances but not creating foreign amount (CA) variances for '02' costing methods.

Is there any setup required for this?.  Pls suggest.

I am using enterprise 9.2
