Suddenly Change Assistant not working in deployment server

Hi Team,

Suddenly change assistant not working in deployment server.

Last I checked on 24 Jan 2018, It was working fine.

No change in the server.

JAVA/JRE 32 bit: jre1.6.0_22

JDE 9.0 application release

TR 9.1.5.9

Could you please assist ASAP.
