How to Restrict the Tax Profile Tab as read only on a Customer Page ?

Can we requirement to restrict the Tax Profile Tab on a Customer Page ?

Tax Department needs the Access to review and update Tax information at Tax
Profile Tab

Other Departments should be exclude from updating on Customer Tax Profile Tab.

Customer Page we have 6 tabs

" Site Details / Business Purpose / Communication / Payment Details /
Profile / Profile amounts / Late Charges / "

Out of this 6 we want only two tabs to be read only and rest tabs should have
write permission or Visa versa.

We are looking to setup this security at Responsibility level
