Create Batches in Approved Status

For our maintenance work orders, we use the Labor Time Entry P05112 to enter actual time that the mechanics work.  We then use the UBE Generate Timecard R052901to create the journal entries.  It creates batch type ICUT 51 in a blank pending status IST.

We would like this to create the batch header in an “A” IST approved status.

I looked in the various system constants but didn’t see where to change the configuration.  What do we need to change to get batch type 51 created in an approved “A” status?
