Hardware Upgrade - Oracle EBS

Hi Community,

Recently we have upgraded the Server hardware:

Memory: from 16gb to 32gb;

CPUs: from 4 to 8

along with storage.

After that I expected Oracle EBS (12.1.3) to show a better performance, however I didn't notice that.

Could anyone confirm if it's needed to run any script in order to let ebs/db know that the Server Hardware has been upgraded?
