PTO pricing chellange

We have below scenario, does any one come across and let me know if you have any seeded work around solution for this?

PTO Option class:

PTO1

- Item A

- Item B

- Item C

- Item D

Each and every sales order will have minimum of 3 items (any combination of above), the prices are at Item (A, B, C &D) level.

Total price for an order should be always 29.99.

Any thoughts?
