Error when submitting Change Orders

Hi everyone, I've been trying to submit change orders in Oracle Projects without success.  An error appears when I try to change the CO status from working to submitted. This only happens when I do this in Spanish, no error appears when I use English as language. I hope you can help me with this issue and I'll be waiting for your comments.

Navigation Route:

  • Project Super User > Projects: Entrega > Lista de Proyectos > Select any project > Controlar > Pedidos de cambio > Crear pedido de cambio > Ir.
  • Pedidos de cambio > Select one > Actualizar detalles > Cambiar Estado > Submitted > Aplicar.
