Can customer contact update problem summary of service request after logging it in iSupport?

Hello,

Customer contacts are not able to update the Problem summary after the SR is created in Isupport. They have to request helpdesk in order to make changes to problem summary field of the SR.

Is it possible for the customer contacts to update problem summary of SR after logging it?
