Funds disbursement in 12.1.3: how to calculate a SHA.256 hash value on the payment instruction file?

Customer will be on Oracle EBS 12.1.3 for another while.

In order to be SOX-compliant, they need to guarantee that the payment instruction file (SEPA format) is not altered, before being sent to the bank. 

The bank supplies a web-software (Multiversa) on which our customer can upload the payment instruction file, on condition that they also supply a hash value.  This hash value is calculated by the bank using the SHA.256 algorithm.

Is there any functionality in Oracle EBS 12.1.3, which allows for the calculation of this hash value?
