In Trading Community Architecture - geographical hierarchy

Hi All,

In trading community architecture, I have geographical hierarchy only for the country, not for county, city, postal code. even though we can create manually for county and city.

We have some issue with account receivables (AR)

while creating transaction Invoice we are having this error :

the system cannot determine the geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction please contact the system administrator

Navigation

Setup-->Tax-->Location, we have   " Invalid Structure For this operating Unit "

we have searched this error in Metalink (oracle support) Doc ID:1124208.1 but, we haven't found any proper solution for this error.
