Net Change Flag update due to R30822A

Hi,

Does R30822A update the net change flag even if no routing times or item/branch related changes are made?

There is an item for which no changes have been made and net change flag is blank. But post run of R30822A, net change flag is updated to 1. I expect the system to update the flag only if there is routing change or item branch planning parameters change (Leadtime, time basis code etc.,).
