UK Pay EDI Decomissioning 20/02/2018 patch clarification

A new patch was released today (20/02/2018) : 27538240 - "EDI DECOMMISSIONING : CONSOLIDATED FIXES PATCH : FEB
2018 "

Can someone confirm that these are the patches to apply in the following situations

- EDI Decommissioning only : 27253124 + 27538240

- EDI Decommissioning and Legislative : 27481163 + 27538240

We currently have 2 test systems, one with 27253124 applied and one with 27481163 applied. So just trying to clarify what I would apply when I put one of these patching scenarios live.
