Shipment Creation does not populate the Origin in Shipment Revisions Screen

Hi,

I am creating a sales order with a shipment. But this shipment does not have the origin information populated in the shipment revisions screen. Can you please throw some light on this issue and let me know where i might be going wrong? Basically i want to know from where does the origin come?
