Create WM for Equipament

Hi,

I'm trying to create a WM Type 6 for a equipment that I configured in a PM. But R12807 is giving an error (Inclusion Without Success). Others equipment, I get create the WM.

Someone knows how do I solve this problem? Is equipment missing some setup?
