Contract End of Life- Contract Close

Our folks are asking if there's any kind of Contract "end of life" functionality in Procurement or Supplier Contracts.

I've done some searching, but really didn't see anything in the way of a process that complete's a contract when some kind of criteria has been met. Have I missed it?

Right now it's a very manual process, what do others do?
