PM Scheduler R12807 does not bring over Priority when creating Work Order

edited Mar 16, 2018 5:04AM in Manufacturing - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

We have a user that has set up Model Work Orders. For some of the Work Orders, he has set the Priority to "T". However, when he generates the Work Order using the R12807 from the PM Backlog, the Work Order Created has a Priority Code of "2", instead of the "T" that was on the Model Work Order. I looked at the Processing Options of the R12807, and there is nothing about a "hard-coded" Priority code.

Should they be setting the Priority code in the Model Work Order?

Thanks!

Josh
