ACA 1095-C not generating correct codes.

Hi,

We moved our PPO and HDHP plans from 2017 to HDHP1 and HDHP2 plans in 2018. When i ran 1095-C forms, employees who had PPO plan are showing 1H in Nov and Dec 2017 for line 14. It is supposed to be 1A for all months. Please advise quickly.
