Local Web not working on DEV Client TR 9.2.1.4 and Apps 9.2 -

We are on the following configuration.

Windows 10 Development Client

Apps 9.2

TR 9.2.1.4

Weblogic version for Local Web: 12.1.2.0 (64bit JDK)

Our Enterprise server (Logic + DB) is AS400 server.

The problem is... Ever since we upgrade to this TR 9.2.1.4 from TR 9.2.0.5 we are not able to open any applications on the local web. The reason for the failure is that BSFNs are failing when trying to open applications on local web. But the same applications open on the same development client when opened through JDE client without any issues.

The logs from the local web shows the below errors.
