deinstalling Oracle 12c (runIinstaller -deinstall)

I have messed up things and would like to deinstall 12c totally from my Windows 7 computer. Somewhere I found the instruction to use runInstaller -deinstall but

for one I cannot find it (in the database installation directory which I copied from the downloaded ZIP) nor do I have ORACLE_HOME as an environment-variable set.

So how should I proceed? Purpose is to finally get 12CR2 installed.
