Real Time Alert Issue

Hi,

We are experiencing issue with Real Time Alert configuration in RPAS v15.

Configured the below alert condition to check the target measure status as 'Undefined' and alert it stating the MissingSegment. The Alert measure is triggered as expected based on the calc rule for alert condition but the real time alert is not getting triggered where we have applied the format setup.

Basically the real time alert tab menu itself is not appearing on the task bar. We have tried various condition on different environment but still the same issue.

Please let us know how to get this working.
