Greeting and Closing drop down are missing when reply to a inbound email

Im working in IP15 and trying to enable the EMail Communication functionality. When i click on Reply Button, it will take me to the Response View where i can select the categories and predefined Templates. But im not able to see any of the templates in Greeting and Closing Drop down.
