Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Disabled coversion for sec ledger but still getting error while posting jv's in primary ledger

Disabled conversion for secondary ledger but still getting error while posting jv's in primary ledger. the error is as follows. "APP-SQLGL-08090: Please open the period you have selected for this batch before posting''

As per note Posting Throws ''APP-SQLGL-08090: Please open the period you have selected for this batch before posting'' [1389543.1] it seems even though we have disabled conversion we have to open the periods in secondary ledger.

Would like to know the functionality of disable conversion.
