Actual vs estimation

Dear Team,

We have difference between actual and estimation cost in work order

Material  estimated at current unit cost but when the material issued to the work order the actual cost taken from the invoice Price

so the actual cost is lesser than the estimated cost and we found difference in variance tab

shall we close the work order and wanted to know the actual process

and we are in actual average costing
