"Cost Rollup - No Report" - Allow Updates Flag getting flipped to No.

Hello

When we running the 'Cost Rollup - No Report' in Oracle for some cost type,  the 'allow updates' flag for the that cost type change to "No"  in the 'Cost Types' form.

The Allow Updates Flag is set to enabled before we running the cost Rollup.

Could you please advise why this flag change when we execute "Cost Rollup" ?

How we can solve this issue?
