BI Publisher Schedule for Every Interval Days not Working

I am having an issue for a BI Publisher schedule that have an interval of every 28 days not running as expected. In my case I want the report to run on Feb 6 and then an interval of 28 days there after as such would be, March 6, April 3, May 1, etc. When I defined the schedule instead of running on Feb 6 as i expected the quartz trigger table entry shows it will run on March 1st.

Can anyone explain this behavior?
