Updating DOM Unsuccessful Error – TypeError (During Procurement Card Reconciliation)
We have several users in our organization that have “Assigned Proxies” for Procurement Card Reconciliation. The Proxy Users/Reconcilers have the ability to reconcile procurement card transactions on behalf of other Users. The Proxy Users/Reconcilers are randomly encountering the following Updating DOM Unsuccessful Error - TypeError.
Once the error is encountered, either the Proxy User/Reconciler is knocked out of the system or must go completely out and back in. They will either delete their cache or switch from Internet Explorer to Firefox or vice versa. The Proxy User/Reconciler will continue to repeat this until they are successful in completing the transaction. This has been noted to take as many as five attempts.
