Expense Escalation in 9.2

Hello -

I'm in the process of configuring the Expense Escalation in our PeopleSoft T&E 9.2 (Image 23) and upon running the NEM_MAIN process, nothing is being escalated even if there's rows that needs to be processed.  All configurations such as Escalation Event and Approval Activity Email has been setup. The Transaction Definition was updated to reflect the number of days and also checked the "Route to Supervisor" checkbox.   I also created the Expense Escalation User List and attached to the Approval process Setup stages but no escalation is happening as well.  I run the NEM_MAIN process in Vanilla 9.2 but nothing
