Can I make a runtime prompt in a business rule read-only?

I have a rule that will transfer budget amounts from one business unit to another.  Because I am using {Source_BU} and {Target_BU} in the rule, they both display on the runtime prompts.  I need to make sure the user cannot change the {Source_BU}.  I can't hide the variable because Oracle has designed calculation manager to never hide RTPs if there are 2 of the same dimension.  I need to make the {Source_BU} rtp read-only.
