Is there a Spreadsheet Upload or Excel to CI Process for uploading proposals in PeopleSoft Grants 9.1 ?

Has anyone uploaded proposals through spreadsheet in PeopleSoft Grants 9.1 ? Are there any delivered CIs for uploading proposal for Grants management ?
