TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out

hi,

we had problem TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out when we check alert.log ( please see my attach files ) how to troubleshooting, this case happen when we full backup using archivelog.

we start backup on 12.00 am and backup problem because the agent down. and i check alert.log a lot of TNS timeout:

Fatal NI connect error 12170.
