PeopleSoft Cloud Manager for the Environments already existing on Oracle cloud.

Hi All,

There is a question on my mind !! We all know about PeopleSoft Cloud Manager which provisions our custom environment after doing Lift & Shift. Now, is there a posibility to provision an environment which already on Oracle IaaS. Like you manually install a PeopleSoft environment on Oracle Cloud(IaaS) and then try to link that environment with your PeopleSoft Cloud Manager. All suggestions and comments will be appreciable !!
