Understanding ZDLRA Backup techonology

Hi Guru,

I had question on  ZDRLA architecture , I  wanted to know what is best way to backup database is it via RMAN or by shipping the logs . My understanding of the solution is that the ZDRLA doesn't run copies of production database if that is case even if we ship the logs like five minutes .And in case of disaster the customer needs to restore the database and then logs to recover the database  up to minute. But this approach will take time , should we then take database backup frequently .  if we  disable change block tracking  what is impact .
