R1213 Restructuring now we have 10 OU and 10 Ledgers, OU and Ledger is one to one relation

Hi Guru,

Your guidance is needed as we have a requirement to Re Structuring existing EBS R1213, Now we have 10 Ledgers and 10 OU, and each OU is associated with a Ledger and business is going good till the time, Now business has taken the decision to Restructuring the business to 3 Operating Units and 3 Ledgers from 10 Ledgers and  10 OUS,

Eg: till now we have OUs at Country wise that are UAE_OU, Angola_OU and Nigeria_OU, Now we are going to make those 3 Ous in to One that is MEA_OU. Now i need your guidance how to take it forward? what all are the impact and how to overcome them?
