SPLIT_MASS_ADDITIONS_PKG.Split_Mass_additions

SPLIT_MASS_ADDITIONS_PKG.Split_Mass_additions using this package we are able to split Fixed Assets Mass addition but Fixed_assets_cost and Payables_cost in fa_mass_additions table is not updating that results in wrong accounting.
